2023 CCHS Band Auction & Concert

Here are some important dates:

The 2024 Auction is October 1st

Additional details will be posted in September, however....


The Auction will have trips, memorabilia, goods, services, restaurants, and much more. Please visit the auction website often since it will be updated with additional items throughout the auction. 


Please send a note to our Auction email,  auction@cherrycreekbpa.org for more information, to ask questions or if you want to volunteer on the Auction Committee.

HAVE A BUSINESS?  DONATE a product or service your business provides and have your name/business seen by over 500 people on our website.


DON’T OWN A BUSINESS, No worries!!!  DONATE something you love!

 

DON’T HAVE A HOBBY, NO WORRIES, DONATE something you would enjoy!!

How do I get started?


 

How do people buy a happeningAt the auction people buy a "ticket" to attend the event for the price you set until tickets sell out at the number of people you set. 


Then whatHave the happening and have a great time! Meet new people and enjoy the event! The band benefits from the proceeds made from the tickets sold to you happening. For example, if you have a happening for 10 people and tickets sold for $20 each then you had a great time and made $200 for the band!

Section Basket Info

The Auction Committee relies on Section leaders to help put their section basket together to gather and provide your section’s “basket” for the auction.
