2026 - 2027 Corporate Sponsorship Program
Where Do Sponsorship Dollars Go?
The Cherry Creek High School Band program is an extensive program that includes six bands plus a large marching band. Transporting hundreds of students, equipment, and instruments to numerous practices and competitions around Colorado is an expensive undertaking and the logistics in accomplishing this are quite involved.
Some of the expenses include transportation to and from events and competitions, uniform purchase and maintenance, instrument repair and replacement, choreography, staff fees, props for color guard/winter guard and guard competitions, entrance fees for band competitions, food to prepare and feed the kids at competitions and so much more.
The Band Parent Association is a non-profit that volunteers, organizes and fundraises program costs to give students the opportunity to participate in a top level program. Our band truck was 25 years old and desperately in need of replacement. The truck is essential to transport large percussion equipment and props to all practices, competitions and events.
With the 2026/2027 band season rapidly approaching we are hoping to raise $50,000 through corporate sponsorship commitments. Every dollar raised will go directly to the band program and the recent purchase of a newer truck. We have three different sponsorship levels available which will be a great marketing tool as well as a tax deduction for your business. Our former band director, Tim Libby, was named one of “50 Directors Who Make a Difference”. Will you be part of that difference?
We are thankful to you for considering a donation that will allow us to support our students and band program along with your business!
