Including the $200 deposit, the fee for all members (including Color Guard) is $875 for the marching band season, $650 if you opt into the email campaign and fundraiser.

Sibling Discount: A $25 Sibling Discount will be applied to EACH student account for siblings participating in marching band.
$200 Deposit: An invoice will be sent in May for the deposit. Please expect an emailed invoice from QuickBooks where payment can be made by credit card, e-check/bank transfer, ApplePay, Venmo or PayPal.
Remaining Balance: Will be billed the 2nd week of band camp and payment will be due on Friday, August 8th.
May 19th: Complete Commitment Registration Form.
May 23rd: $200 non-refundable deposit due.
August 1st: Emails for eTeamSponsor Campaign due if participating.
August 6th: Student statement delivered via email by this date. Please discuss any payment plan options with the BPA Treasurer before this date.
August 8th, Marching Band Spirit Night: Band Fee remaining balance due.
We appreciate the prompt payment of band fees according to the timeline above to ensure participation of our students and the success of the marching band. Band fees are used to support all aspects of the marching band including visual, music, and personnel decisions.
Note: Payment plan options can be discussed with the BPA Treasurer. If interested in a payment plan, please do so before Wednesday, August 6th when student statements are generated.

2024 - 2025 Season: Cost for Drillmasters band shoes is $39.
All Instrumentalists (non-guard members) are required to wear specific Marching Band shoes for all full-uniform events. The first full-uniform event is the Western Welcome Week Parade on August 17th. ALL instrumentalists will be fitted for sizes at their assigned uniform check in time during the first week of band camp. If new shoes are needed, instructions on ordering new shoes will be given at that time.
2024-2025 Season: Cost for new warm-up suit is $87 or Top ($47) & Bottom ($40)
First time (new to CCHS) Color Guard Members will need to purchase a custom warm-up suit with their name embroidered on the jacket. The Color Guard Director will place the order for warm-up suits in July for Guard members to receive in early August.
