Mini-Auction Bidding
The Autumn Mini-Auction will run during homecoming week with the winners being announced at the Bands concert on October 6th!
Items for the Mini-Auction include the beloved traditional auction items that can be enjoyed throughout the school year, including Reserved Concerts Seats and Parking, CCHS theater tickets, Conductor-for-the-Song: Sleigh Ride, and more!

The Annual All Bands Auction will have trips, memorabilia, goods, services, restaurants, and much more! Please visit the auction website often since it will be updated with additional items throughout the auction.
Silent bidding for the All Bands Auction will open on February 11, 2027 and will conclude the evening of the Gala.

Here are some ideas. . .
HAVE A BUSINESS? DONATE a product or service your business provides and have your name/business seen by over 500 people on our website.
DON’T OWN A BUSINESS, No worries!!! DONATE something you love!
- LOVE COOKING, DONATE a cooking lesson, a dinner party, or a unique baked good
-LOVE PHOTOGRAPHY, DONATE a picture
-LOVE CHILDREN, DONATE babysitting services or a trip to the zoo
-LOVE THE OUTDOORS, DONATE landscaping or mowing service
-LOVE ANIMALS, DONATE dog walking
-LOVE A HOBBY, DONATE something you make
-LOVE QUILTING, DONATE a blanket
-LOVE SEWING, DONATE something to wear
-LOVE WINE or HOMEBREWING, DONATE a bottle of wine or a tasting party

How do I get started?

5. Decide How Much Is An Appropriate Charge
6. Donate Your Happening With A Description Of The Event To The Auction
How do people buy a happening? At the auction people buy a "ticket" to attend the event for the price you set until tickets sell out at the number of people you set.
Then what? Have the happening and have a great time! Meet new people and enjoy the event! The band benefits from the proceeds made from the tickets sold to you happening. For example, if you have a happening for 10 people and tickets sold for $20 each then you had a great time and made $200 for the band!
What are some ideas that have been successful in the past?
-Pizza And Jam Session For Band Members
-Host A Watch Party For Avalanche/Broncos/Nuggets (Watch The Game On The TV)
-Dinner Party
-Wine And Cheese Party
-Game Night And S’mores
-Dart Warz Party
-Mexican Fiesta And Margarita Night
The ideas are endless! Be bold and create a happening!

Thinking about trying a new wine, but too nervous you’ll get a dud?
Now there is an easy way, and it helps the Cherry Creek Bands Program via an auction donation.
It’s a Wine Win Win!!! And it's easy!!
-Donate a bottle of your favorite wine, be sure to include a note about why it’s special to you
-We will even add several cellar-worthy bottles
-At the auction, bid on a mystery wine bag. If you are the winning bidder, take it home and enjoy!!!
